Dear Advocates !
My father had self acquired property of 7 cents vacant land, we are three brothers - elder brother and wife e xpired (but their daughter got married and blessed with male child), middle brother absconding since 20 years (do not where abouts) and I am the younger one got married and blessed with 2 major daughters, but I am separated with my wife since 10 years. Now my father wanted to give whole empty land as will note, and also he had other house which he wanted to give to two brothers and their dependants as their share
My doubt is if my father writes a will or gift deed on my name, can my two major daughters will have rights to sue me in future on their grand fathers property even then I am not willing, If i do not wanted they do have any rights on my fathers self acquired property (given empty land on my name) so that my wife or my both major daughters will not have any rights. what should I do - even my parents also feel the same. On this property I should have complete rights but I can not spend any amount for registration charges
