I and my wife jointly own vacant land in bangalore. We want to give to my brother using Gift Deed. Is stamp duty nominal 1000/-? Or does it considered as conveyance where we have to pay stamp on govt value of the property?
Please advice.

U inquire at sub-registrar office about stamp-duty.
