my father had gifted part of his property to my sister and the deed was registered ..it was followed by a registered will in which his property less the gifted portion was given to my mother .now as a family we have agreed to cancel the gift deed( i.e both donor and donee have agreed) please confirm the documents required to be signed by both donor and donee and any other documents required..
it has been agreed by the family that a new will .will be prepared in the name of the mother..please confirm the documents required..
