My 2 aunts(donee) got gift deed to their names from my grandma(donor) by saying this will be for all 5 children of grandma.
But it is done only on their 2 people. Now grand ma want to cancel the gift deed.
What is the procedure to cancel.(Gift deed is properly registered and patta also changed). And how long will it take to cancel.
Please any one suggest the right procedure....

The mutation seems to be erroneous.
Court can revoke the gift.
Approach your able counsel and proceed while your Grandma is alive.
