I want to gift a share of my property to my son. I can do this by a gift deed of proper stamp value ( tamil nadu ) . However i would like to know - is it enough if i say X % age of UDS land as gift OR i have to be specific with descripttions of the portions ( room size etc )

1) In Tamilnadu Gift Deed Stamp Duty is Maximum Rs.25000/- or 1 % of the property value
2) If Property is Joint one You have to give your UDS % only
