1. Husband make gift deed of agriculture land to wife
2. Mother in LAW Make gift deed of agaricuture Land to Daughter in LAW
In this case Mother if wife/ daughter is already agriculturist, or if she is non agricutulrist
WHAT WILL BE
a . Income TAX applicable, gift tax applicable/ or wealth tax
b. stamp duties in MH for such transejection
