Dear sir,
This is wrt the above topic. We as family have gifted a piece of land to a church trust and have also got it registered. Now we find that the church trust is not using the property for the said given purpose as in the gift deed and also the said trust is a temporary one and had a fixed tenure of 1 year which expired in 1990 -apparently we came to know of this very recently- What do we do??Can we revoke the trust deed or cancel the same??
Thanks in advance

Kindly indicate whether the SRO is competent to rescind illegal gift settlement deed registered earlier in his office and if so to kindly quote section of the relevant act

If once gift deed registered the donor can not revoke it. It is illegal act which was done by donor. So file a case against the donor.
