Girl side backing out of mutual divorce

Dear Friends and Lawyers,

Girl side has backed out of coming for the second motion of mutual consent divorce, citing that not enough attempt was made to save the marriage. The girl wants divorce even now , but her father wants to harass by pretending that the marriage can be saved.

What can I do so that I get an early divorce?

The case is in a Delhi Court.

You try to talk with her and convince for mutual consent. You find out that she needs more compensation to give her consent.

I am really interested to know what type of false criminal case the husband can fabricate against the girl for asking enhanced alimony between the first and second motion? Mr. Parekh may say it on this open forum instead of personal messages.
