one of my relative is a student in engg. his parents both are in h.s. school teacher. sir they leave in a flat in kolkata. one person of their flat by intentionaly harras them by filling various complaine criminal file in court to hamper their reputation and accusing 40 to 50 people in each case whom they didi not know. and sir in all case the accused persons and the witness are almost same. and the witness list is also 50 to 60. they didi not know the fact. some time they are out of station at that time. and after getting the complain papers they can know all complain story are same but only time place are changed in each cases. sir they are very peacefull. sir please give me a suggetion how they can live peacefully and free form these various complain case. and what should they do to protect themselves for this type of false cases. please suggest me.
