Going out side with husband against whom 498a and divorce fi

Both cases wil be run on their merits.

Matrimonial cases are viewed by courts with an intent to reunite the couple.Spending time with husband will not be a problem. However it should be consistent with facts of case. 

The court must appreciate the attempts for compromise and adjustment through meets and always aims to discourage separation.

Both of you withdraw your cases and then jollywell go to second, third, fourth hunnymoon.  Doing like this have negative impact on each other cases.  It will affect the cases adversely, and either of you may lose the case and end up in more problems than before.  One of you is crooked, who, you only know.

If the divorce is filed on the ground of cruelty, and after filing the petition both go together, that means it is condonation of cruel acts and if the respondent proves that they lived together after filing of the petition, the petition mertis dismissal.
