Gold description

In a false Stridhan case filed on me they are claiming 100 soverigns of gold. When my lawyer asked them to give descripttion of that gold during cross examination they are not able to tell it. Then judge told it is not required to ask that question.

We would like to know if it is not required to ask the details (items of that 100 ) of 100 sovereigns of gold.
So in this case court accepts what a girl says without any evidence.

Tell your Lawyer to ask same question on next date and this time ld. Judge says as in your brief what he said get it mentioned in Statement

"Question: Can you tell details of the 100 sovg. gold given to the boy?"
"Chair: Not relevant"

Soverign (8gm) is the term used to measure the weight of the gold, be it 22 carat or 24 carat.

Carats are used to specify how pure the gold is. 24 carat gold means, if you divide the gold bar into 24 parts, it has 24 parts of gold. That means 100% pure gold. 22 carat gold means, out of 24 parts of the gold, only 22 parts are gold and the rest can be silver/copper. So it is 91.6 % (22/24) pure.you can convey to the judge that the question is relevant as the value of gold would differ should part of the sovergins be of  22 carat and part of it be 24 carat it has to be conveyed in its proper form to determine the value.

Apart from the value the bills etc for the gold purchased would have to be sumbitted by the opp party

And authencity of the bills etc would have to be proved if sales tax or vat has been paid on this .

Tajobs how do you make a statement or SD/complaint .
