Got separated

Hi,

I have done B.Tech and working in reputed company.

Due to my wife's greediness over money and her daily harassment for 5 years, I felt very insecure with her and lost my patience and finally I got separated from her and staying alone from past 1 year. My wife also had done B.Tech and she is also working.

But unfortunately the separation has only worsened the attitudes of my wife and her parents. It was brought to my notice that my wife and in-laws are planning to plot me in possible false allegations physical harming, harassment , false dowry  act, which is under sec. 498-A.

As I am staying away from her from 1 year, though she files a false 498a on me, will it be valid?

Kindly Suggest!!

in short and sweet reply to your query: Yes

For more details on false cases: Search on Google A well said strategy to fight false 498a,DVA and maintenance cases

The value of freedom is measured by the cost of struggle,If you need freedom then you have to become a fighter ….as no other option.

There is no bar to file a belated criminal case u/s 498a or a DV case against you but it may not be that effective considering the lethargic attitude involved.  Let she file that, take the shiled of AB to protect yourself from the initial hardship.
