I want your precious advice on the following matter?
My friend mom has purchased a plot from a property dealor and a Government employee(SDO) who was also involved in property dealing.. The said plot was not that plot what they sold .So due to media involvement case was register under ipc 120-B 420 406 at SAS mohali... and the sdo was arrested and now he is delcared as PO by court.. But the SDO was promoted to uper level by dept and was transfererd to another station of punjab.. and no action was taken ..
So the dept should take action on particular govt servent or not..?
How a PO offernder can daily work at his office and what should be role of police at this situation and what my friend should do further now
