Can a seperated wife get birth and community certificate for child without a consent from father? Is it mandatory to show the copy of community certificate of father to get the community certificate for child?
The situtation is:
wife got seperated. Neither husband nor wife name transfered to others ration card. Both did not have a copy of others educational/community certificate.
