Government employee having two wives

A Government employee has two wives.  The two wives agreed and drafted an agreement and agreed upon that the 1st wife  take the job and second wife will take the pensoin after her husband death and signed. Now her husband was passed away.  Now  the agreement between both the parties will stay or not?.  In case the first wife wants to go against the agreement and ask that job must go to her son and pension amount  for her. Her claim will be a valid one or not?.  Is thereany case Law on this kind of issue.

this type of agreement does not bound the parties not employer. The first wife will get all service benefit if legally married to the deceased.
