in a forgery case can the accused advocate challenge the report of government FSL report by asking a private hand writting expert to give an evidence against in the court against FSL report..Please advice

Yes. A private expert who is recognized by Govt. agencies and competent to the extent to counter the claims of the FSL report shall be deemed to be a credible evidence.
