I am a government servant and staying in a government quarter. My quarter flooring is in a very bad condition and I have given complaint 18 month back. I am giving reminders by e-mail but so far they have not repaired the flooring. They are cuttind Rs 10000 from my salary as HRA and also licence fee. What legal action I can take.

I did that also gone to higher authority. But Nothing happened. I want some legal procedure to recover HRA or bring pressure on them.
