Sir my brother has been falsely implicated in rail robbery case. He is presently out on bail since 2012. He has been selected for a government job and joing is expected by Apr 2018. Sir I want the following clarification plz. 1. Can a person with such case be allowed to join government job as he has not been convicted and presently out on bail. The GAWAH in the court has not come ever since registering the case. 2. The case is presently in trial court in Bihar. Can we request for fast trial through honourable Patna high court. 3. If not able to join due to class pending cases, a livelihood earning problem will arise for him. Kindly help sir. 4. One more thing sir, the case is not registered in our local police station but in GRP police station at district Hq, will it cause any problems as what I know the verification will come to local police station whereas case is under other police station.
