My friend father has been working with Ministry of Railway, Govt. of India last 34 years. Now his neighbour who is jealous nature. he keeps on annoying him with false complaints in his office for corruption like purchase of another house and surviving very lavish life style etc. Whilst, my uncle has not purchased any another house and surviving lavish life style.
What are the options my uncle having enternal by officialy, or externally from the Courts. So that he could not repeat this complaints regularly. We can taught him lessons. Even he is having very bad name in his neighbourhood.
