Dear sir,
Can a GPA be executed in favour of company to transfer the possession of agricultural land without DC permission or conversion.
A compnay has executed a GPA in its own name from Agriculturist for leasing 30 years and taken over the possession of agricutural land but, the permision under section 109 is not yet obtained and conversion in pending. Is it violation of land reform laws in karnataka.
