Gramanatham land dispute

Dear team,

My house is constructed in a place, which has lands allotted to my father and his sister by their father. My father bought that land from his sister 20 years back for a negotiable amount through a stamp paper which is not a registered one (His sister, sister husband and few neighbours signed in it). My father and his sister husband are dead now.

Now my father sister started arguing that she want that place back and she is telling i only signed in stamp paper but it is not registered.

Its not a patta land and its a grama natham land, where we are having possession on it for all these years. Also the parent document is still in my grandfather name, where partition was not made among three brothers and that fraud sister.

I just want to know if i can file a case to prove my rights on that land where a part of my house is constructed on that land.

Kindly provide your advice on this....

As a matter of fact that partition was not made among three brothers and the sister. Also your father bought that land from his sister 20 years back for a negotiable amount through a stamp paper which is not a registered one.

So, your aunt's reclaim on the subject land is maintainable.
