You have to first find out whether CIDCO has already issued notice to the society or the builder for demolition of the building. Under NAINA Notification dated 10th January, 2013, CIDCO has been appointed as Special Planning Authority appointed by Maharashtra Government within the periphery of 20 kilometers of proposed Navi Mumbai Airport area and on the strength of such notification, notices are being issued to residents/builder by CIDCO. It is always better to take precaution before you invest your hard earned money in any projects.
