Grand father's property

Dear Sir,

My father's father property has been taken over my his brothers son's who have created a false document with document having A to the original numbers. We fought the case but since we are far away from the place and despite of all being in our favour during the arguments the judgement went in their favour. Wonder how can they create a document despite of we having the real document which says father's father's property bu theirs dont have any such things and ask if they have got it themself. They have even divided among their 4 brothers. Now we have appealed to the 2nd higher level court. Why is that the document they are holding is a forged one never considered. How and what can we do to claim the property? They even managed to win the contempt of court despite of building after court stopped them saying his mom build and died which isnt true? Need your advice and assitance please

Dear Victor,

We can't really comment on the basis of information provided. We need to know the ins and outs of the case in order to be able to comment as to what went wrong ? was it lack of adequate and forceful legal submissions ? or some other thing ? on the basis of that we can mend those holes and pursue our second appeal.

Consult an advocate with all the documents.

The facts pointed out only hints at weakness in pleading by your lawyer . Engage a competent lawyer and follow the case personally. The matter is already in appeal and without all the facts, one should not even attempt to comment.
