I need a small piece of advice for my case, this is regdin a grandfather ancestor property in Faizabad U.P. My grand father had 6 sons and 3 daughters. He did'nt left any will but a handover to elder son . Although the share has been done and every son build house on his area and staying peaceful, till my father expired ..now I need to get the property on my name as a legal son of my father and share it with my sisters.
Since my elder father is havin the ownership how can we get our share name on myself?? is there any legal process to help me in this case so that we don't pick any disturbance and I get my legal share.?
