Grandfather property to grand-daughters

My wife's grandfather has some property made by him and also ancestoral property. He wants to give this property to his 3 sons but not the daughter.

1)My question is did the daughter can ask for the property from his father made by him or she has the right only in ancestoral property.

2) Did the grandsons and grand daughters(married) can ask for there share from their grandfather?

Daughter can seek parititon of ancestral properties, and so can the grand-children, with the rider that daughter's children since they are not part of their mother's coparcenory tree they cannot ask for partition in their mother's lifetime. (Those who arrived late this is because they already are part of their father's coparcenory)
