Grandfather's assests

Hi,

My grandfather was a businessman, and thus the karta of the family. He passed away leaving a huge property in the lutyens buglow zone in delhi. He bought the plot on my grand mother's name and took a lic loan also for the same. But all of the payments were from his persnal accounts, as my grandmother was a housewife. But now after his death, my grandmother has written the will and given the whole property to my uncle, leaving my mother out of the picture. Isn't it supposed to be 50-50% between the siblings, please enlighten me on this subject.

grand mother had no right to execute the will of entire propert.   The legal heirs of your grand father have got equal share in the properties
