Part of the will in respect of properly which was neither self acquired nor inherited by your grandfather would be not considered as valid.

thanks. however my mother has been given property in the survey no which was not purchased or inherited by my grandfather. will she not get any property then?

rest of the properties have been given to my uncles ( mothers step brothers).

my mother is the only daughter to my grandfather from his first marriage. he has written a will with the above issue ( as told by my uncles)
