Grandmother's share in her maternal ancsestral property

My grandmother has her name as successor/heir in the maternal property which shared by her 4 brothers also total property 12Acers. My question is what will be the share of my grandmother in that property. G.M died in 2002, legal heirs are my father, uncle and aut. what will be the percentage of share, share in 12 acers 2005 act and 1994 amendment by maharashtra state will affect the same or not
