Grandmother will what i should do after her death ?

Dear Respected,

My grandmother write a will in Dec 2013, in her will she removed all son including my father and daughter ( she is died in 2008). Reason for remove all son due to my uncle's cheated her so she write a will. Mygrandmother died on 4th Oct 2018 and advocate informed me about her will she has removed all sond and daughter from property and transfer her property to me after her death. Can you please guide me what should I do ?

Get the Will probated from Civil court, get letter of admistration and get all her properties/wealth transferred to your name.

Property at Ahmedabad... Can any of my uncle put case against this will ? will is registered at registrars office.

At the time of probation from the civil court notice will be sent to all heirs of the deceased woman and these can challenge the Will weather registered or unregistered it hardly make any difference. Will is valid or not, the civil court will decide.
