Great grandfather's property

Hello Sir/Madam

My grandmother's father owned a corporation land in our city. in those days they were using that land on rental basis. later corporation sold the land to my great grandfather. My great grandfather had 7 children. among them 4 children are well settled so they told they do want any share in the land and my grandmother and her sister and her brother decided to divide the land into 3 shares. but now only my grandmother's sister and her brother's family are using the land. they have divided it into two piece and have built house. when we claimed our share i.e. my grandmothers share who is still alive they deny to give her part. so please help us what should be done and how to get our share. the land is still in the name of my great grandfather.

Your grand mother has to file a suit for her share. for that legal heir certificate is compulsory as evidence.
