I work in an autnomous government institute. A male colleague of mine has been agressive towards me over the years. our boss has witnessed it but has done nothing. Recently, he started aggressively addressing me rudely over a minor issue, raising his voice, after which I wrte her a written complaint. , he is supposedly been issued an office memorandum with a "warninig", whereas I have been issued n office memo with a "caution". I wrote a reply asking for withdrawal of the office memo, as it was not my fault that the incident took place. My boss now tells me she views it as insubordination and is threatening to put in my file stating that it will affect my promotion
