Ground rights of builder floor apartment

Sir,

Please clarify my doubt for the following question:

I am the owner of 2nd Floor of a builder floor apartment having 4 floors (including ground floor).

There is no parking i.e. neither on ground floor nor underground.

I want to know that if by chance (god forbid!) there is any natural calamity i.e. earthquake, flood or lightning which destroys the building then who will be the owner of the ground on which the building is constructed.

Please let me know if more information is needed in this regards.

Thanks in advance

Regards

Pankaj

in the apartment culture the agreement will lmade on the undivided share of land which is your share on the land constructed the building wheater it is 1st or 2nd floors

The REgistration agreement will contain all the details

Advocate Rohit (Advocate)     11 June 2013

if the land is conveyanced in the name of the registered co-op. hsg. society, then only the society shall be the owner of the land, otherwise not. if the land is in the name of the builder/developer, then the land shall be controlled thereafter by the said developer/builder.

kindly confirm whether the land is conveyanced in favour of society or not????
