Property was granted to Mr. X by Group housing society in 60's and Mr. X appointed Mr. Y (Real nephew) as his nominee and later on transferred property to Mr. Y's name in 70's approved by Society by AGM and Registrar also. Later on in 1997 Mr. X also issued Notarized GPA+Will+Sale agrrement+Posseson letter in favour of Mr. Y and Mr. Y made registered sale deed for the proprty to his wife in 2000 which she further sold to Mr. Z. After the death of Mr. X in 2007, his adoptive daughter filed a case that property belongs to Mr. X so she should be given possesion the property. All original documents and possesion are with Mr. Z.
Pls tell who is the real owner.
