Hello All,
Recently I have seen one rowhouse contructed in gunthewari. I like the property and planing to buy it. I have shown document to someof my real estate related friends they told me ok to go for it. But they are not 100% in favor because of its in gunthwari.
As per builder propertly is apporved by Oriental/ PNG etc banks. And I can get loan from these banks.
I dont have enough knoweldge of such properties. So I would like to request you all to guide me on the same.
Should I go for it? If I got for it what problem I can face in future?
Please advice me.
