Guidance on applying Divorce

Married on Dec 2014. As we where working in different locations I used to travel on weekends to meet her. Month after marriage, she had frequent illness and doctor identified this because of endometriosis cyst.Also said it will get suppresed once she got pregnant. (progesterone is the hormone does the suppression while at pregnancy time). Since it was almost 6,7 months and no change in cycle, doctors asked for screening (both me & she) and found block in fallopian tube.Since both side has block doctor's said no other go than IVF. As we (me & family members) was not much happy on this & due to situation and her mother begging we said ok. First transfer got failed (April 2016) and doctors asked for 2moths break. In mean time she was more Ill and doctors said not to proceed for 1year. If she was not ok after a year, they suggested for surrogate mother.On same day i strongly oppose for surrogate mother. Next day, myself and mother in law had some arguments and it end up with fight. She had poison and later I took her hospital and left her in home. Due to this, father in law said, it is not good to continue with you & will do mutual sign. like wise he said four times in a span of 60days. Mean while her daughter (my wife) says not to call me n beg me while I asked to come with me. In my absence, she came n took her things kept at my home(August2017). From that date, over this period we didn't had any grettings or chatting. We tried setup a meeting on asking the procedding and that time too she said not interested to continue with me. But now,her parents are asking us (via 3rd person) to come n take her.But I was not happy in joining with her.I like to get divorce from her. So here my question is, 1) My lawyer suggesting to file a case on 498a. Is it advisable? 2) Or i go with medical background ?(treatment reports in hand) How good it will help? 3) No evidence on must to go for surrogate mother. In this case, will it impact medical background? 4) Now a days, thier parents says she is good in health no need of treatment.So come n take her. In this case, shall i call her for medical check to confirm? 5) Any chance on filling case agent us if sending divorce notice? 6) Is it adviceble to send notice first from our side ? 7) Help/post me with any referring links/ any cases like on my situation.
