Guide me.

Can an application be moved U/s 20 (Monetary Relief) of D.V. Act in the proceedings of S 125 of crpc?

No both are entirely different proceedings.

No both need to run diffirently.

However, Delhi HC has held when the party has claimed relief is one of the sections, it is not open for her to litigate in other proceedings.
