Kindly enlighten me on Guidelines for fixation of pay of ex-servicemen/ex-ECOs/SSCOs, re-employed in Public Sector Banks etc. on or after 1.1.2006. My query is, Is it required to be an ESM reemployed under esm reservation, or, any ESM who fulfilled the criteria of an ESM and apply in ESM category to get pay fixation/protection.
