Banker Harpreetsingh (Patent Agent)     21 June 2013

Gujarat co-operative act

I had applied (1/12/09) at the Dist Registrar office Ahmedabad (Rural) regarding a matter in which the Society was not admitting my name in the Register of members for reasons which they only know. The registrar held many hearing with myself and the representative from the society remaining present. Then at one point of time the registrar ordered an inquiry u/s86 of the Act to be conducted on the society. Now since about an year the inquiry is going on by the advocted appointed by the registrar.

My question is that what course of action should i take so that the inquiry is concluded and that the registrar is bound to come to a decision at the earliest ?.

One more point to add is that the registrar has ordered an inquiry in the whole working of the Society and not my complain only thus diluting my problem.
