i m Planning to invest in Plot for my dream home in Pune for that i have searched too many property on Pune-solapur road, Near Manjari, through various developers and via my friend. my requirement is only upto 2 guntha and what i notice that all property comes under grampanchayat and Sheti na Vikas Zone. developers told me that we can make a sales deed as it comes under serve number and your property also registerd to 7/12 once registration start.
i heard that in agri zone it require 11 gunthe for registration. so what the risk to purchase this plot.? what care i should take before proceed further...???
