My question :
Sir, We gave a agriculture field in rural Area and it is name of our Fathers equally, Now we have matually decided that this fiedl will be the property of one brother for 3/4 portion and one brother for 1/4 portion. Now how we can make a deed in favour of as above. Kindly give me the format of deed which is applicable. Please advice

1-Partition in between Two brothers
2-Partition is not in Equal Shares it is 3/4th share and 1/4th share + some amoutn from other party
3- The Party takign less Sahre should be compesated by Amount to compensatate his remaiaing 1/4th Share which is less !
4- Partitioon deed makign the propertiy i.e;- land 3/4th share to one brother and land 1/4th share and some amount to another brother to compesnsate the short fall of his 1/4th share in the land
A Partition deed may be prepared through local Advocate /or/ Document writer , as above !
