Half pay during 3 months notice pay

Maharashtra based Start Up company is giving half month's salary during 3 months mandatory notice period, although appointment letter is silent on this. They are also refusing 2 weeks wfh towards taking aged dependents to hospital for chemo treatment. 

What Labour Laws, decided case laws state?

Employee is junior staff. MBA fresher.

Apart from labor law, it is the contractual agreement signed by you after accepting the conditions of employment will prevail.

If the demand made or the acts of the employer is illegal and against the terms and conditions of employment you can very well object to it and issue a legal notice before taking up this issue before appropriate legla forum.
