Hi,
I have given some handsome amount to my friend when he was needy and he said he will return that amount in a month of time. So i didn't follow any documents. I gave that amount infornt of another colleague.
It is been 8 months and during this period after 1000 of calls he gave half the amount and later I called for the rest of the amount. When ever I called him, he says I will drop the cash tomorrow.
Now very interesting thing is last 1 month he is not even answering my phone. Problem is we both are staying in two different states.
Everyone knows after how much struggle we will earn thhat money. Now I don't want to loose that money.
Could you please sujjest what can I do to get that money back? I am totally frustrated and some times I feel that guy cheated me. I beleaved him and I understood his situation and helped him.
I cannot able to digest that he cheated me.
What kind of steps I can take further to take action against hime. I know something would be there in our constituency to get the justice.
