Hand written will

Respected sir/madam,

Thank you for answering to all my queries. Now problem is, that if a persons grandfather wrote a hand written WILL favouring his/her father which was signed by two witness. Who are still alive and of sound and mind. As the Will is not registered, there is a problem in the WILL. The respected individual's grandfather made a spelling mistake in writing his sons name. Just a small alphabit is missing. In that case can there be any problem in probation because it is going to be challenged definitely.

Also else where he (individual's grandfather) has written the right spelling of his/her father. Just in one line there is a spelling mistake in the name of the individuals father.

For a spelling mistake, whole document will not spoil. There will be father name and surname etc. mention in the WILL. It can be valid.
