its not your daughter's Fault to be a daughter of a Disabled person, you are her bio logical father so you should and must pay, how much you have to pay and other things court will decide. and you may have your own disagrements counter files etc etc..

Pay and request the court with proper evidences if you can't afford .

Good luck,

Vinay.

Vinay_2431 , It is true that it is not any child's fault that his or her parents cannot maintain him or her but it is also true that the court cannot force her father to beg , borrow or steal to maintain his daughter if he cannot get a job . Can a court guarantee or give a job to the father of the child . The answer is obvious to everybody in the forum . Here the wife is also demanding maintenance despite earning one and a half lakh rupees per month as being claimed by the husband - Rahul . Rahul had also said that her wife had treated him cruelly and deserted her . These things have to be proven in the court before the judge can award him interim alimony as per the law of the land .

Rahul had also said that his wife had treated him cruelly and deserted him after the accident which made him a handicapped person .
