Happy independence day

Hlo sir I m pankaj i work in a pvt company its a call cemtre but its open on independence day also is it correct or i can take any action against the company. If the company will pay us double amt of that day then its good or if company will pay us the 1 more week off then its ok but if company did not giving any thing so what can i do Thanks
