Dear Experts,
I would like to post case related to my Brother and his in laws.
My bro was married on 13th oct 2010,
My sis in law returned to UK on 25th oct 2010.
My bro went to his in laws house during Diwali.
My bro was insulted by his mother in law after which my angered bro left their house.
My bro was to go to UK on dependent visa to UK.
But my sis in law heard to her mother and stopped speaking to my Bro and all my family members.
Since then they have been torturing my bro and my family stating that he is short tempered, and he is mentally insane.
All the efforts by my family to settle the issue have been in vain.
My bro's mother in law has been very cruel, raising silly issues unnecessarily and mentally harassing my family.
My sis in law has not called my bro or my family after the incident to atleast hear what actually happened.
No dowry was involved and we bore the wedding expences totally.
My bro's brother in law who had Divorced his first wife is also trying to break the marriage but not asking directly for divorce as he wants to get my bro's property after legal settlement.
My queries,
1) can we get justice if we proceed legally
2) what are our positive points and Negative points
