I was under suspension for 36 months on fake allegation. This allegation was not proved as per the enquiry report . Recently I got job another department but my office is not issued n.o.c despite the completion of enquiry report submitted. Then I approached high court ,which ordered to issue n o.c. but on the date of petition filed in the court ,appointing authority deliberately issued reinstate and pending enquiry orders despite the completion of enquiry
in order to create hurles in resignation. I had not received any orders. I have given written statement that I will follow directions of high court only. Later they issued the orders through register post ,delivered to my father.now the question: does they create any hurdles in resignation citing pending enquiry and how can I overcome
