Assuming subject to be an advocate.Subject want to harass someone who resides far away. The subject needs to know the name of the accused & his address.Subject files a false cases against him ( allegation of Threat of murder or anything) . The accused has to appear in the court ( in the subjects territory) and the subject gets an oppurtunity to file many other false cases since the accused appeared in person Hence using this vicious cycle subject can harass any one and under garb of mutual settlement subject can extract money in lieu of accused mental peace.
The cases are decided only after trial and hence the accused has to appear, re-appear or even spend money towards the legal assistance .Finally the accused will have to compromise, as i can lodge as many no of cases.
Is there any provision in law to combat such misuse of law or legal proceedings?????
