I have 2 quaries
1) I am facing 125, 498 and others. In 125, she has written in her petition that she was living in perticular address from 2004 to 2007. where as in 498a, she tells that this was not correct. In investigation of IO he writes that she spent at that address only 3 months.
I can prove that she spent only two to three months at that adress. (2 different states adress). Can I file any leagel action in 125 crpc court. My interim maintaince has already granted.
2) My FIL has 2 ration card and 2 voter card in 2 adress. What legel action can be taken against him and where should I write.
