Dear All,
We have been harrasened by builder beyond limlitations.Now i am fed up and want to teach him lesson.I have some points ,want to know can it be helpful if i go against him in court.

if he has violated quality norms go for case in CONSUMER COURT, if has violated agreement norms and delaying in handing over property or flat go for a SUIT in a civil court , but both are time and money consuming aspects.
